This event travels in Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine and I look forward to it every spring. South Eastern Designer Showroom And this year is no exception. Located in Atlanta’s exclusive Tuxedo Park neighborhood, the 10,250 sf home is filled with modern interpretations of classic styles. Built by Benecki Homes and Benecki/Cole and architect Amanda Orr Architects, landscape architect Land Plus Associates and interior specification design team Source.
This traditional, clean-lined exterior and classic silhouette allow the 3-story home to blend seamlessly with neighboring residences. Twin gables add classic charm, while transitional exterior details include a cedar shake roof, painted brick exterior, steel windows and wrought iron doors. As always, the Showhouse showcases the best design talent in the Southeast, as well as the industry’s latest trends and leading brands.
When I share the tour with my own pictures I share all the interior designers and their rooms. It’s a huge image, so be prepared for slow loading times.
Honorary co-chairs for this year’s event are Mark Williams and Niki Papadopoulos, Williams Papadopoulos Design. Proceeds from the home benefit Camp Twin Lakes, a therapeutic camp with programs for children and families living with serious illnesses, disabilities and life challenges.
