Drinking a cold glass of sherbet in the scorching heat gives a refreshing feeling. This cooling liquid helps in quenching the thirst during hot spells.
Lowers body temperature (coriander to body temperature)
According to Nutrient Journal, cilantro is rich in vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, iron, calcium and magnesium. Coriander and coriander leaves have diaphoretic properties. It helps in sweating. How to make coriander sorbet
Coriander syrup can be prepared in two ways.
Prepare sharbat (coriander sharbat) from 1 seed
Soak one spoon of coriander and half spoon of fennel in water and keep it for few hours.
Grind it finely. A few mint leaves can also be added while grinding.
Add 2 glasses of water to it. Also add half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Filter it into two glasses.
Add ice cubes and mint leaves. Add half a teaspoon of honey to it.
If you are a diabetic patient, add some stevia leaves or its powder. Coriander syrup is ready.

Take one spoon of coriander leaves.
Grind it to a thick paste with the help of a mortar and pestle.
Add the paste to the water and mix well.
