We need to make it

Chiku 4 to 4
2 cups of milk
Ghee 1 tbsp
1 pinch of cinnamon
Cashews 2 tsp
Almonds 2 tsp
Raisins 8 to 10

First of all, take 4 to 5 soft chimkus and wash and peel them. Now cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl.


Heat some ghee in a pan and add chopped almonds and cashew nuts and make semi-roast. Take them out in a separate container.

Add chopped sapota pieces to the same pan and cook. After cooking for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame, reduce the flame.

On the other hand, pour milk in a separate pan and boil it. When a quarter of the milk is left, pour it into the pan containing the milk.

Cook milk and sapota well. When the milk is completely mixed with the chickpeas, add 1 tsp of ghee to it.

When the halwa starts cooking and leaves the bottom of the pan, add the roasted cashews and almonds. Add raisins too.

Serve the halwa garnished with chopped cashews and almonds.
