You need to do this

1 cup dried dates (seeds removed)

1/3 cup dried cherries

1/2 cup unsalted almond butter

1/4 cup curd

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 ½ cups rolled oats

1 dark chocolate (70%) broken into pieces

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Here’s how to prepare anti-inflammatory energy balls

Place the dates and dried cherries in a small pot and cover with boiling water. Let it soften for about 10 minutes.

Blend the dates and cherries until coarse, then add the almond butter, yogurt, cocoa, vanilla and salt.

Now combine them again. Continue blending until all ingredients are completely combined (if mixture is too thick and stiff, add 1 tablespoon water).

Scoop the mixture into a container. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Take a butter paper, put 1 tablespoon of the prepared mixture on it and roll it into a small ball. Prepare balls from the remaining mixture by repeating the same process.

Place the chocolate in a container and microwave until melted, about 1 minute, 30 seconds.

Pour the melted chocolate over the prepared balls and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top. Refrigerate, uncovered, until set, at least 10 minutes.
