They are also very easy to make! Toss some potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown. They are the perfect side dish for any meal or a delicious snack on their own. So grab your favorite dipping sauce- ketchup, fry sauce, whatever you like! They will surely satisfy your cravings for a salty snack and have you reaching for another one.

These potato wedges are no fuss and easy to make. You get a crispy outer layer without the hassle of frying them in oil!
- In a preheated oven, prepare the wedges: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into three pieces.
- Mercury: Add potato slices, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to a large bowl.

Storing / reheating leftovers
These potato wedges are best enjoyed fresh from the oven when they are nice and crispy. Storing them in the fridge can soften them a bit, but if you have a lot of extras, this is definitely an option. They keep well in the fridge in an airtight container for a day or two. Reheat them in the oven to restore crispiness. (10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit should do the trick!) Remember that there will be no texture A lot That’s it.
