Now let’s learn some techniques for facial massage.

1. Massage from the chin upwards

Starting with your hands on either side of your face, use your palms and fingers to gently massage the sides of the face and forehead, then gently slide down. Keep the pressure steady but not firm. Repeat three times, focusing on applying pressure to the face in this movement and releasing it.

2. A stroke on the forehead

Place your fingers together in the center of your forehead, press firmly and slide to the sides. Raise the fingers and return to the starting position. Repeat three times, this movement will smooth the forehead.

3.Massaging around the eyes

Using only a small amount of oil to facilitate movement in this area, place your fingers on the sides of your eyes and move them around the bony edge of the eye socket. Move over the eyebrows, down the middle of the nose, under the eyes and back to the starting position. Repeat three times. This movement reduces eye strain.

4. Massaging under the cheekbones

Starting near the nose, place your hands on the inside of each cheek and make small circular pressures, moving toward your ears. Pay special attention to the area below the ears, then massage back towards the nose. Repeat this sequence three times. This movement tones the cheek muscles, which work hard every day to create facial expressions.
