In today’s time, the problem of premature aging is very common and beetroot can help you in this situation. According to the study, high amount of fiber is found in beetroot. At the same time, it is a good source of amino acids and vitamin C, which provide therapeutic benefits to skin cells. I always like to drink plain beetroot water. If you want, you can also add some other ingredients to it.
First grind the beetroot well.
Pour a glass of water into the pan and then add the grated beetroot to the pan.
Now put the pan on gas and boil well for 5 to 7 minutes.
If you want, you can also add black pepper and cinnamon in it, it depends on your taste.
When it boils and mixes well, strain the water and take it out separately.
Now add a spoonful of honey to the beetroot water and mix well.
