Learn how you can control hair loss after keratin.

1. Massage with rosemary oil

Mix 2 to 3 drops of rosemary oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil such as almond or argan oil and apply to your scalp and massage thoroughly using your fingers in a circular motion. It improves  circulation and sufficient amount of oxygen and nutrition reaches the head. This keeps the hair follicles healthy and maintains moisture on the scalp.

The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and other important properties and nutrients in rosemary oil penetrate deep into the scalp and promote healthy hair growth. All these factors help you control hair fall. Applying oil to reduce hair loss is an effective way that everyone should follow.

Especially if you are experiencing hair loss after keratin and other treatments, it can help you deal with it. At the same time, it is important for normal people to consume adequate amounts of protein. It helps in controlling hair loss as well as helps in body weight management. 3. Avoid heating tools altogether

Hot styling tools like blow dryers, curling irons, and straighteners can over-dry your hair, leading to breakage. With repeated use of these tools, the hair becomes weak and the problem of hair fall becomes troublesome. During straightening, smoothing and keratin treatment, the hair goes through a very high heat process due to which the hair is very damaged. Also, the use of chemicals damages the hair more. In such a situation, using heating tools even after keratin can cause more damage to the hair.

4. Include these important nutrients in your diet

You can take supplements including foods containing biotin, iron, zinc and vitamin B12. These are some of the nutrients that are very important for hair health. Proper quantity of these in the body keeps the scalp and hair healthy. Also there are no problems like hair fall and thinning.

5. Do not brush and comb wet hair

Combing wet hair is more prone to breakage than dry hair. Protein in wet hair creates weak bonds. At the same time, after keratin treatment, the hair becomes weaker than before. In such a situation, when you comb wet hair, it breaks more. So, first let them dry completely and then comb it, this will keep hair fall under control.
