How to Prepare Makhana Raisin Smoothie (Makhana Raisin Smoothie Recipe)

We need to make it

Makhane 1/2
1/4 cup of almonds
Raisins 1/4 cup
Oats 1/2 cup
1 spoon of honey
peanut butter 1 tsp
Banana 1
Chia seeds 2 tsp
Water as needed

Follow these steps to make a smoothie (How to Make Makhana Raisin Smoothie)

First soak the almonds in water for 30 minutes. Remove the almonds when they become soft.

After this, put almonds in a blender and add one part water to it.

Blend it into a paste and take it in a bowl. Now add 1 more cup of water in the bowl.


Add half a cup of makhana, 1/4 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of raisins to the prepared almond milk and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Now put all these together in a blender and make a thick paste.

To make it more nutritious, add honey, peanut butter, chia seeds and chopped banana and mix it with sugar.

After blending, pour into a glass and serve garnished with raisins and chia seeds.
