You will need to make Bale Chutney
String 1
Grate 2-3 tbsp of jaggery
Cumin 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
How to make Bale Chutney
Break the string and extract its pulp and mix it.
Add salt, cumin and red chillies and grind everything until well combined.
Add jaggery and little water and grind some more till it becomes like chutney.
When it is ready, you can eat it with anything.
2 bell milk shake
All you need to make a Bell Milk Shake
Bale pulp 1 ½ cups
2 cups of cold milk
Sugar optional 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
How to Make Bell Milk Shake
Open the wood apple fruit and extract the pulp.
Mash the pulp with your hands or a serving spoon.
Add little water to remove the seeds and strain the pulp through a sieve.
Use as little water as possible for a thick shake.
Add the milk, bael fruit pulp and sugar to your blender and blend.
