  1. Make a cup of green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Mix two tablespoons of honey in cold green tea.
  3. Apply thoroughly from root to tip.
  4. Cover your hair with a shower cap or towel and leave the mask on for 30-45 minutes.
  5. After this wash the head with normal shampoo and conditioner.

  2. To increase hydration, eat fruits like watermelon, cucumbers and strawberries.
  3. Use a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser to remove dirt, sweat, and grime from your skin.
  4. Avoid over-exfoliating, as this can strip your skin of its natural oils.
  5. Use a light, oil-free moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated without making it greasy. Additionally, choose moisturizers that contain antioxidants such as vitamin C or green tea.
  6. Use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner to regain moisture lost from sun and swimming.
  7. Limit the use of heat styling tools such as blow dryers and flat irons, as these can over-dry your hair.
