We need to make it

Roasted gram 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Jaggery 1 tsp
Finely chopped almonds

We need to make it

Spinach 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
1 to 2 frozen bananas
Avocado 1/4 cup
1 spoon of honey
Crushed peanuts 1/2 tsp
Water as needed

Vanilla protein powder 1 tsp
1 pinch of cinnamon
peanut butter 1 tsp
